Biography:

Sgt. Antonio (Tony) Reyes was born in Lamesa on April 30, 1948. He attended school in Lamesa and O'Donnell before attending Lubbock Christian College and the Gray, Texas, Job Corps Center.

He was assigned to the 8th Engineering Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division (Abl.) and was involved with 25 aerial missions prior to his death on January 21, 1969. Reyes enjoyed swimming, tennis, and baseball.
