The following information constitutes our clubhouse reservation form and, is from ouir club policies and by-laws. You may print this page out, and submit it by US Mail to the address below should you wish to reserve the clubhouse. 

1. Reservations must be made in advance with the Social Chairperson. Your reservation must be in at least one month ahead of time, so that it may be posted in the Mainsheet. 

2. To reserve Port Arthur Yacht Club facilities for a private function, you must be a member in good standing. 

3. A $400.00 fully refundable deposit will be required. 

4. There will be a 125-person limit and an 11:00pm time limit. 

5. Reservations will be for the member or your immediate family. 

6. Reserving the club facilities does not give you exclusive use of the facilities. All members must have access at all times. 

7. You must be present at all times while you have guests on club property. 

8. You cannot loan club property to non-members. This includes gate cards and keys. 

9. You may open the service gate with your building key to allow access for your guests. Do not attempt to block the electric gate. This does not work. It is your responsibility to secure all club property after your function. Parking will be at the clubhouse or in the visitor's parking area, not in front of the slip area. 

10. No food or drinks are allowed in the lounge area. The Port Arthur Yacht Club is also a non-smoking facility. Please see that your guests observe this policy. 

11. You, the member, are responsible for clean up of the facility after your function. This includes trash, floors, kitchen, grounds, etc. If you fail to clean up the area, it will be necessary for the club to pass any cleaning costs back to you. You are responsible for any damage to club property. The facility will be inspected before and afterwards by a member of the board. 

12. Cleaning supplies will be stored in the men's restroom closet. Please return them after use. 

13. Donations to the Port Arthur Yacht Club will be appreciated. 

14. Reservations will not be confirmed until we receive this signed copy.
