Board members present:  Gary King, Johnny Otto, Carolyn Worsham ,Jim Kincaid, Bob Peck,. Also present Debbi Adams, Paul Vera, Terrell Adkisson, DC Cook and Bill Worsham.
 

Treasurers Report:

 Checking $12,134 , Capital Improvements $73,736 , Lease renewals $24,332 , and Self Insur $42,538  for a total of $152,740 .

 Harbormaster: 

Moved Eaststeps from D1 to C?
 

Membership: 

  Have 4 resignations- Todd Laverne, Nelson Richard, Andy Duquette and Tim Ledet (effective Dec 31). 3 new Andre Rosales(has key), Michael and Kerry Pedigo(has key), and Troy Bradford.

 Racing: 

 Compiling results.for year.

 House & Grounds: 

 Requested a floor buffer be purchased on next years budget. Will get all new toilet seats in womens restroom.

 Cruising: 

 Dec 13 leave at 2pm for Santa Claus goes to town. After head for Sabine Pass and spend the night. Screenhouse cruise Dec 21.

 Socials: 

  Dec 7, tree trimming, Banquet Jan 11 at the Pompano. Definitely need RSVP’s by Jan 8th.

Old Business: 

 Received the Vanguard 15’s. Trying to arrange a rigging seminar Dec 11.

Ordered all the gate components for $2200.
 

New Business: 

 Will need to schedule a Race Management seminar at HYC.
 

Jr Sailing:

March 1-2 TSA Jr Sailing Regatta (Mardi Gras)
 

There was no other business and the meeting was adjourned at 8:08pm.
